¿Qué clientes cuentan?Which clients count?
Tiendas que instalan Ally Bundles por tu recomendación y que no la tenían instalada antes. Tienes que registrarlas en tu panel dentro de los 30 días desde que instalan. Si dos agencias registran la misma tienda, vale la primera. Stores that install Ally Bundles on your recommendation and did not have it installed before. You must register them in your dashboard within 30 days of the install. If two agencies register the same store, the first one counts.
¿Sobre qué se calcula la comisión?What is the commission based on?
Sobre lo que el cliente paga por su plan de Ally Bundles (mensual o anual), durante los primeros 12 meses desde su primer cobro. El plan gratis y los días de prueba no generan comisión. Si el cliente deja de pagar o desinstala, la comisión se detiene. On what the client pays for their Ally Bundles plan (monthly or yearly), during the first 12 months from their first charge. The free plan and trial days earn no commission. If the client stops paying or uninstalls, the commission stops.
¿Cuándo y cómo me pagan?When and how do I get paid?
Cuando tu saldo llega a US$50.00 puedes pedir el retiro desde tu panel. Pagamos por PayPal o transferencia, contra factura o boleta. Los datos para pagarte los escribes al pedir el retiro y se borran de nuestro sitio cuando registramos el pago. Once your balance reaches US$50.00 you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, against an invoice. You enter your payment details when you request the withdrawal, and they are deleted from our site once we record the payment.
¿Quién le cobra a mi cliente?Who bills my client?

You do not charge for or resell the app: you just recommend it (and, if you like, bill your setup service separately).
¿Hay algo que no se pueda hacer?Is there anything not allowed?
Sí: no se paga ni se premia a nadie por dejar reseñas (Shopify lo prohíbe), y no cuentan las tiendas de prueba ni las instalaciones propias hechas solo para cobrar la comisión. Podemos ajustar o cerrar el programa avisando con 30 días; lo ya ganado se paga igual. Yes: nobody is paid or rewarded for leaving reviews (Shopify forbids it), and test stores or self-installs made only to collect the commission do not count. We may adjust or close the program with 30 days' notice; anything already earned is still paid.
